flame Retardant Central Loose Tube fiber optic cables

This cable is characterized by light weight and small diameter, suitable for both aerial and duct installation. The

cable can also be used for direct burial for armoured option.

Central loose tube cable contains one tube with 2 - 24 ﬁbers, which is ﬁlled with water blocking gel. Either

aramid yarn or ﬁber glass is wound around the tube to provide physical protection and tensile strength. The

cable can be jacketed with PVC. For direct burial, either steel wire armour or corrugated steel tape armour is

applied with an optional inner jacket of PVC. A moisture tape can be incorporated under the jacket for water

blocking and shielding purpose.

Optical fibers: Multimode with jelly filled loose tube.

Barrier Tape: Waterblocking tape.

Reinforcement: Aramid yarn. Inner Sheath: FR PVC compound. Armouring: Steel wire armour.

Outer Sheath: FR PVC compound with anti rodent and anti termite properties.

Temperature range during operation : -20℃—+60 ℃

Minimum bending radius(Dynamic): 20 times the outer diameter for armoured cables
